Check-in is from 15:00 and check-out is until 11:00. You can check in at any time using the self-service check-in kiosks. Qbic is open 24/7. At night, the main entrance is closed, but a night guard is present and you can access the building and check in using the kiosk.

If a room is available earlier, you can book an early check-in on arrival for €25. To guarantee early check-in from 13:00, you can add this to your reservation in advance or request it via the reservations department.

Late check-out is available for €10 per hour, subject to availability. You can arrange this when booking, after your reservation, or directly at check-in.

If your room is not ready or after check-out, you can store your luggage in the hotel’s secure luggage room.

Non-refundable reservations
These reservations are non-refundable and cannot be modified under any circumstances, including up to 72 hours prior to arrival. Once the booking is confirmed, no refunds or changes are possible.

Flexible reservations
Flexible reservations can be cancelled free of charge up to 48 hours prior to arrival. Within 48 hours before arrival, the reservation automatically becomes non-refundable. Modifications are allowed up to 48 hours prior to arrival; any rate differences will be charged accordingly.

Semi-flexible reservations
Semi-flexible reservations can be cancelled free of charge up to 7 days prior to arrival. Within 7 days before arrival, the reservation automatically becomes non-refundable. From that point onwards, refunds and modifications are no longer possible.

As in the rest of the Netherlands, smoking is not permitted in public indoor spaces. Therefore, the entire hotel is non-smoking. Guests are, of course, welcome to smoke outside.

If smoking occurs in the room, a one-time fine of €100 will be charged and an official warning will be issued. If this happens again, the guest will be asked to leave the hotel without any right to a refund.

In addition, smoking cannabis or hash in the room will result in a fine of €200.

If you want a cot in the room, book a Large or Family room. On the No View and Basic (Urban) rooms, there is not enough space for a baby cot. You can add a cot to the reservation for €15,00 per night.

Children are not allowed to sleep in their parents’ bed due to fire safety in the hotel, the maximum number of people in the room is equal to the number of beds. In this case, we recommend booking a Family room or an extra room.

The tourist tax and green fee per person per night also apply to children.

Pets are not allowed, with the exception of guide dogs.

We serve a continental breakfast buffet from Monday to Saturday between 07:00 and 10:30, and on Sundays from 07:00 to 11:00.

The breakfast buffet includes a variety of fair trade and organic products. If you have any dietary requirements, we are happy to accommodate them, please inform us in advance by emailing the reception at least 24 hours before arrival.

The breakfast costs €18.50 per person. A takeaway (to-go) breakfast is also available for €8.50 per person.

All rooms include free high-speed WiFi, a comfortable bed, a private bathroom with a rain shower, and basic toiletries. Rooms also feature a TV, mood lighting, and a workspace.

The hotel offers luggage storage, in-room safes, and a 24/7 self-service check-in system. Breakfast is available at the hotel.

Guests can also enjoy a selection of complimentary refreshments, including unlimited coffee and tea, homemade iced tea, sweet and savoury snacks, flavoured and still water, fresh fruit, and soup with bread.

For security reasons of the WTC, windows in the building may not and cannot be opened. However, we have good ventilation for fresh air.

Yes, you can store your luggage at the hotel. Rooms are equipped with a safe for your valuables.

You can park in the WTC parking garage at a reduced rate of €39,- per 24 hours. The standard rate is €80,- per 24 hours, so as a guest you benefit from a significant discount.

When entering the parking garage, follow the signs to the C-Tower and park near the entrance of the C-Tower. From there, walk via Zuidplein into the WTC, take the escalator to the central hall, and follow the “hotel” signs to Qbic.

The maximum clearance height of the garage is 1.80 meters.

Electric charging is available in the parking garage at €0.64 per kWh (including VAT).

Yes, you will be there in 10 minutes! From Qbic, walk to the right righting the Zuidplein. Turn right here and in the station, take metro 52 towards Amsterdam Noord. The metro goes straight through the city centre and also stops at the RAI and on the DAM.

Bicycle rental is available for €25 per day. Rentals are only offered on a daily basis and are subject to availability (first come, first served). If all bikes are rented out, you can visit a nearby bike rental company such as Black Bikes (The Black Bike Plan), located close to Qbic Hotel.
